Since the globalization of the market is inevitable, BIE was seeking for a strong partner with a global vision to extend their own product range. In  January 2011, New cosmos Electric Co., Ltd. a registered company at JASDAQ Japan, who was looking for an establish sales company in Europe and Bionics Instrument Europe reach an agreement where New Cosmos purchased 65% of the shares of BIE.

Effectively February 2011, New Cosmos and Bionics has started this collaboration whereas Bionics Instrument Europe became the main entry for New Cosmos Electric Co., Ltd. whilst continue the developments of products for the European Market combining the excellent technology from both sides.

Meanwhile the company developed a European wide organization with representatives and service organizations in many countries. With the parent company based in Japan Bionics Instrument Europe serves beside Europe also customers in the Middle East, the United Arabic Emirates and India.
